LuxDrive provides chauffeur-driven transportation services including:

  • Airport transfers
  • Cross-border transfers (GCC routes)
  • City rides and hourly chauffeur services
  • Ziyarah and tour transportation
  • Corporate mobility solutions

All services are subject to availability, regulatory approvals, and operational feasibility.

 

  1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via website, phone, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives.

  1. A booking is confirmed only after:
  • Full or partial payment is received, and
  • A confirmation message/email is issued by LuxDrive

LuxDrive reserves the right to decline or modify bookings based on operational constraints.

 

  1. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is dynamic and may vary based on:

  • Distance, route, and duration
  • Vehicle type
  • Cross-border permits and fuel costs
  • Demand and urgency

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Waiting time beyond the grace period
  • Route deviations requested by the client
  • Tolls, parking, border fees, and taxes

 

  1. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide accurate booking details (pickup, drop-off, documents)
  • Carry valid identification and travel documents for cross-border journeys
  • Comply with local laws and border regulations
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward drivers

LuxDrive reserves the right to terminate service without refund in case of misconduct.

 

  1. Cross-Border Travel Conditions

Passengers are fully responsible for:

  • Visa validity
  • Entry/exit requirements
  • Customs regulations

LuxDrive is not liable for:

  • Denied entry at borders
  • Delays caused by immigration or security checks

 

  1. Waiting Time Policy
  • Airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary waiting time after flight landing
  • City pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time

Additional waiting time will be charged accordingly

 

  1. Vehicle & Driver Allocation

LuxDrive reserves the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles when necessary

All chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, and vetted

 

  1. Liability

LuxDrive is not liable for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or government restrictions
  • Missed flights due to late bookings or incorrect information
  • Loss of personal belongings left in vehicles

 

  1. Force Majeure

LuxDrive shall not be held responsible for service disruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Border closures

Flight cancellations or government restrictions

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation within eligible timeframe
  • Service not delivered due to LuxDrive operational failure
  • Duplicate payments

 

  1. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be issued if:

  • Passenger fails to show up (No-show)
  • Incorrect booking details provided
  • Passenger denied at border due to documentation issues
  • Cancellation outside allowed timeframe

 

  1. Refund Processing
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • Bank or transaction fees may be deducted

Return Policy

As a transportation service provider, LuxDrive does not offer “returns” in the traditional sense.
However:
If a service is not delivered as agreed, customers may:

  • Request a partial or full refund
  • Request a service credit for future bookings

All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. Amendment Policy
  • Changes to bookings (date/time/vehicle) are subject to availability
  • Requests must be made at least 12–24 hours prior
  • Additional charges may apply

 

  1. No-Show Policy

A booking will be considered a No-Show if:

  • Passenger does not arrive within the waiting time
  • Passenger is unreachable

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

  1. Safety & Compliance
  • All vehicles are insured and maintained to premium standards
  • Chauffeurs follow strict safety and hospitality protocols
  • Seatbelts are mandatory for all passengers

 

  1. Contact & Support

For support, modifications, or claims:

Customers must contact LuxDrive via official channels
All disputes should be reported within 48 hours of service completion

Cancellation Policy

  1. Standard Cancellation
  • 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund

 

  1. Cross-Border Bookings
  • Due to permits and planning:
  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

 

  1. LuxDrive Cancellation

If LuxDrive cancels due to operational issues:

  • Full refund or
  • Alternative arrangement of equal value
